**Job description**
We need coaches for multi sport, basketball & flag football classes, camps and afterschool programs as well as weekend birthday parties and events
- Energetic: Someone who enjoys working with children and engage with them to give an amazing experience.
- Consistent: Bringing the same energy and work ethic day in and day out. Being on time and ready to work every day you're staffed.
- Team Player: No task is too big or too small; willing to do whatever is needed and support the rest of the team in any way possible.
- Driven: Looking for someone who wants to be a part of our team for the long term. Hours can grow up to 30-40/week.
- Communicative: Wants to learn how to improve and communicate well with team and children.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Instruction for Classes, Afterschool/Recess Groups, Camps & Birthday Parties
- Fundamental knowledge of youth programming and experience working with kids.
- Ability to follow, adapt and improvise sports/games curriculum.
- Follow all directives from company administrators and Department heads and managers.
- Establish a good working relationship with players, coworkers, and managers to communicate the needs of participants and the facility.
**Requirements**:
Experience in youth classes, afterschool programs, leagues, camps & birthday parties.
Must be willing to travel across Upper Manhattan
Must be flexible in hours, days, and timing of work. Weekend availability needed ASAP.
Background Check is required and verified.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- After school
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Ability to Relocate:
- New York, NY 10028: Relocate before starting work (required)
Work Location: In person
