The Role:
We are seeking to recruit a dynamic and enthusiastic Soccer + Sports Coach who will guide our youth in enjoyable and educational activities while prioritizing safety.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with children (as a sports coach, educator, camp counselor, or leader) and possess a passion for working with young individuals.
This position is particularly suitable for those interested in early childhood education or child development. New Coaches can work *5-25 classes weekly and can earn between $20 and $45 per hour.Our Coaches provide personalized attention to ensure every child achieves success.
Our Coaches adopt a non-competitive approach to create a fun and stress-free learning environment.
Our Coaches utilize positive reinforcement to motivate children to improve and celebrate their achievements.
Lastly, our coaches enjoy their work. They are open-minded and understand that coaching is a continuous journey. All Coaches welcome feedback and strive for improvement by participating in regular training sessions and adhering to the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual.
Requirements:
- Availability must include one or more of the following: Weekday Mornings (9 am – 12 pm)
- Weekday Afternoons (2 pm – 6 pm)
- Weekend Mornings (8:30 am – 2 pm)
- Punctuality, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback.
- Prior experience working with children.
- Must be motivated, energetic, patient, and attentive.
- Hands-on, dynamic, and outgoing personality.
Benefits:
Upon completing our training program, coaches earn $30 per hour per session, with opportunities for advancement up to $45 per hour.
Ongoing coach training and mentorship opportunities enable you to learn, grow, and develop as a coach.
