Self Storage Manager:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients with a positive and outgoing attitude.
- Guide new customers through the rental processes and agreements.
- Conduct customer-centered sales and collections, including cold calling.
- Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, ensuring the facility's cleanliness.
- Operate POS systems and gate systems.
- Conduct Foreclosure Lien auctions
- Resolve customer complaints.
- Work independently on daily tasks while cooperating with team members.
- Assist in maintaining exterior grounds and keeping them clean and free of debris.
**Requirements**:
- 8+ years of customer service experience (retail sales, restaurant, front desk, site management).
- 5+ years of customer-centered sales and collections (cold calling) experience.
- 5+ years of office management
- 1+ years of working in a Self Storage Facility
- Ability to walk, sit, stand, and lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds and climb ladders.
- Spend up to 50% of time in outdoor environments, including opening large doors.
- Ability to use a grinder and other hand power tools.
- Knowledge of Self Storage, Boats, and RV’s.
- Fixed hours are Monday - Wednesday but must be available to come in Thursday - Sunday as needed.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must live locally.
- Valid driver's license with access to reliable transportation. Some driving may be required to manage other facility locations.
**Hours**:
Monday 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Tuesday 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Wednesday 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
MUST be available to come in as needed Thursday - Sunday.
**Pay**
Pay rate is negotiable
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 21 per week
