**Responsibilities**:

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with affluent clients, including high-net-worth individuals, celebrities, executives, and international buyers, to facilitate luxury real estate transactions.
- Identify and showcase luxury properties that meet the unique preferences and lifestyle requirements of high-end clientele, including exclusive listings, off-market opportunities, and luxury developments.
- Develop and implement customized marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to showcase luxury properties and attract qualified buyers.
- Provide personalized service and guidance to clients throughout the buying or selling process, including property tours, negotiation, due diligence, and closing coordination.
- Collaborate with fellow Keller Williams Luxury International agents and luxury industry professionals to leverage market insights, connections, and resources for mutual benefit.
- Utilize Keller Williams' technology platforms and marketing tools to enhance your brand presence, streamline your business operations, and deliver an exceptional client experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience specializing in luxury real estate sales, with a proven track record of successful transactions and client relationships.
- Deep understanding of the luxury real estate market, including luxury property valuation, market trends, and affluent buyer behavior.
- Active real estate license in Massachusetts with a focus on luxury real estate.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with affluent clients and industry professionals.
- Discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in luxury real estate marketing techniques, including digital marketing, social media, and luxury lifestyle branding.
