**The Role**:
As the Executive Director, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our program and the lives of our students. Your leadership will guide a dedicated team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality programming that aligns with our core values of empowerment, collaboration, and innovation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Cultivate Excellence: Lead by example to foster a culture of belonging, support, and growth for both staff and students.
- Strategic Leadership: Drive operational excellence, manage financial health, and spearhead strategic initiatives that align with our mission and vision.
- Empower Our Team: Provide coaching, professional development, and support to your team, ensuring they can bring their best selves to their work.
- Engage Stakeholders: Build meaningful relationships with families, educational consultants, and community partners to ensure strong support networks for our students.

**Who You Are**:

- Experienced Leader: With a graduate degree in social or behavioral sciences and 3-5 years in a leadership role, your expertise lights the way.
- Crisis Navigator: Proficient in intervention strategies for young adults facing challenges, you’re prepared to support and guide with sensitivity and strength.
- Inspirational Coach: Your leadership style uplifts and motivates, driving excellence across teams.
- Strategic Thinker: Visionary and pragmatic, you’re adept at planning and executing initiatives that drive our mission forward.
