Greet and Welcome guests to the establishment and offer professional valet services
- Accommodate Guests by opening doors
- Direct traffic in the parking area as needed
- Collect and accurately label keys belonging to guests to ensure proper return
- Operate vehicles safely and responsibly
- Organize and file paperwork regarding guests’ vehicles and daily transactions
- Park guests’ vehicles in predetermined areas within the parking lot
- Manage Valet Podium
- Document and report all vehicle incidents (Damages, accidents, theft, missing articles etc.)
- Report accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to the supervisor or manager
- Re-route traffic when parking facility reaches maximum capacity and ensure staff
- Any additional tasks assigned by supervisors
