Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Valet Parking Attendant to join our team at Propark Mobility. As a Valet Parking Attendant, you will be the first and last impression for our clients' customers, providing a warm welcome and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and thank them upon exit
- Park and retrieve vehicles in a safe and timely manner
- Explain parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their vehicles
- Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues in a positive and helpful way
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and at least 2 years of driving experience
- Energetic and outgoing personality
- Ability to stand, run, and carry items up to 50lbs
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional approach
- Experience with customer service and valet parking is an asset
