rEvolution is in search of an **Associate Account Director**. In this role, reporting to VP of Account Management you will be a leader within the agency and a vital part of successful planning of new business as well as client leadership. This role works closely with the internal rEvolution team and clients day-to-day to provide consultative support of new business and well as client strategy and integration on assigned clients.

**You Will**:

- Work with internal agency service groups to assess, provide thought leadership and support the VP on the new business pitches.
- Be responsible for overseeing client remit and working with the account team to achieve client KPIs and ensuring client is continuously meeting their business KPIs.
- Demonstrate and exercise knowledge of account management and client trusted advisor leadership to organically grow client remit.
- Own the client forecasting and management of budgets in conjunction with the assigned PM lead

**You Have**:

- 7-10 years of client management experience at an agency, brand or sports/entertainment property
- The ability to travel up to 10%
- Proven experience and knowledge of integrated marketing communications including but not limited to experiential, public relations, media, consumer insights, sponsorship, hospitality and creative design
