Standvast Fulfillment seeks a Director of Human Resources to lead the company's Human Resources and Recruiting function. Standvast is leveraging a track record of developing best-in-class supply chains for the world's leading e-Commerce businesses to develop a technology-enabled, purpose-built e-Commerce fulfillment platform focused on high-growth brands. Standvast serves thousands of brands, generating billions of e-commerce sales. It will become critical to their success so they can serve their customer excellently faster than otherwise, creating scaled margin growth and risk reduction. This role provides an entrepreneurial opportunity to define how Standvast operates with excellence, impact the financial and business success of the organization, and help invent for our customers. This hybrid position is preferably in Columbia, MD, Reno, NV, or Southaven, MS.

**Position Summary**The Director of Human Resources at Standvast will lead and oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. This role is responsible for managing a team of HR generalists and recruiters to ensure the most valuable asset of the company—its people—are well-supported and thriving.
- **People Leadership**:Develop and lead a high-performing team of HR professionals.
- **Talent Management**: Drive recruitment, on-boarding, performance reviews, career development, and retention efforts for all employees.
- **Culture and Engagement**: Spearhead initiatives to foster a positive work environment and high employee engagement in alignment with Standvast's core values.
- **Compliance and Policy Management**: Ensure the company adheres to laws and regulations concerning employment and work conditions.
- **Learning and Development**:Own the execution of training and development programs.
- **Employee Relations**: Provide guidance on conflict resolution and other employee-related issues.
- **Benefits and Compensation**: Develop and manage comprehensive benefits packages and compensation strategies.
- **HR Metrics and Analytics**: Utilize data to generate insights and make informed decisions.
- 7+ years of experience in a senior or lead HR role supporting both exempt and hourly populations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a relevant discipline. A master's in HR or an equivalent certification is a plus.
- Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to manage difficult or emotional situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- High proficiency in HR software and data analytics.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams, including remote and diverse teams.
- Flexibility, collaboration skills, and the grit to overcome challenges.
- Experience with HR transformations or organizational scaling is preferred.
