We are looking for a highly motivated and hard-working individual to join our team as a Rental Agent.
As a Rental Agent, you will contribute to the success of the company by assisting service department staff and their customers with their vehicle rentals to ensure a positive customer experience. To be successful in this role, you will have passion for working in a fast-paced atmosphere. Rental Agent's will strive to make every customer experience a memorable one - we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and we treat our customers like family.
**Responsibilities**
- Execute rental documents with great accuracy
- Perform general office duties
- Meet & Greet Customers with 100% satisfaction
- Light cleaning of vehicles after rental returns
- Verify appropriate stickers are attached and up to date (registration, plates, etc.)
- Ensure vehicles are full of gas and ready for next client
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
**Qualifications**
- Must be able to work Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- At least six (6) months of experience in a role where customer service is required.
- Rental industry experience preferred, but not required.
- Basic computer skills to input information into our database.
- Fantastic communication skills with your customers.
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen.

**Pay range $13-$16 hourly**
