**Summary**:
- The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager will be a responsible leader, advisor, advocate, catalyst for change and influential resource focused on infusing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion into programs and activities, including practices related to hiring, developing, and promoting talent.
- Works closely with Executive Leadership to implement the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Strategic Plan and initiatives.
- This position will interface and coordinate with key stakeholders, leaders and teams across BayCare as well as partner with Team Resources, including those responsible for Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Team Member Relations and Communications.

**Qualifications**:
Required:

- Required Education - Bachelors in related field
- Required Experience - 3 years of management experience with proven experience developing learning resources and services and experience in data analysis and related systems.
- Required Experience - 5 years of professional work experience in the field of diversity and inclusion or consultancy focused on diversity and inclusion.

Preferred
- Preferred Education - Masters in relevant field or enrolled with planned graduation within 3 years.
- Preferred Experience - 2+ years of project management training experience.
- Preferred Experience - Prior Employee Relations and culture building experience

**Skills**:

- Ability to engage and influence all levels within the organization to develop strategies, achieve goals and impact change;
- Proven expertise with conflict resolution, coaching and intervention;
- Ability to identify and recommend change in policies and practices;
- Ability to communicate to all levels including written, verbal, presentation, etc.;
- Strategic Thinking; Ability to develop relationships and address mutual concerns;
- Organizational skills including ability to meet multiple deadlines and manage various project;
- Work independently and in a team setting; Ability to analyze data and use data to drive decision making.
- Proficient in developing training materials as well as strong group facilitation experience.
- Demonstrate ability to spot concerns and issues and formulate and execute responses or solutions.
