ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Performs complex legal research, gathers and analyzes data and examines precedent and related cases specific to the area in which a particular issue falls. Discerns and narrows the issue(s) and refines results as appropriate.

Perform investigations, including background investigations by gathering and analyzing public documents, court records, dockets of all courts and administrative agencies, including discovering assets, real estate records and prior judgments.
