CIP Solutions, LLC is currently seeking energetic Certified Athletic Trainers for the position of Associate Athletic Trainer. Qualified applicants are asked to include in a cover letter a brief description of previous experience in health and wellness promotion.
**Objectives**
- Travel to client locations to interact with client employees.
- Deliver injury prevention education.
- Conduct ergonomic analysis of job tasks.
- Develop ergonomic strategies to reduce the likelihood of work-related musculoskeletal injuries.
- Consult with OHS for medical management of work-related cases.

**Starting Salary**
Starting Salary is $30/ hour; paid biweekly on Fridays.
**Reimbursements**
- Mobile Phone/ HotSpot_
Because we operate almost exclusively remotely, we reimburse full-time employees for a mobile phone and/or a “hot spot” so that we can maximize communication both internally and externally. Receipts for this expense must be submitted on a monthly basis.
- Mileage reimbursement_
All client related mileage is reimbursed at the current maximum allowable IRS Regulation.
**Other Benefits**
- Protective clothing and equipment_
Necessary equipment and protective clothing (i.e., FR clothing) for in field observations.
**Key Technical Skills and Knowledge**
**Education**
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science, Athletic Training, Kinesiology, Biology or related field whose course work emphasized anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, kinesiology, pathophysiology, exercise science, nutrition.
Eligibility to sit for and successfully complete the following course work: CEAS I (The Back School of Atlanta), CES (National Academy of Sports Medicine).
