CALPAK is seeking an Ecommerce Coordinator to support the online growth of this expanding company. This role requires an analytical, strategic approach and innovation to drive success. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with various departments and partner closely with all teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up, update, and monitor CALPAK products across all channels
  • Assist in implementing launches, sales, and promotions, collaborating with cross-functional teams as necessary
  • Schedule and prepare website themes with updated assets and messaging
  • Assist with website QA, identify issues, and help oversee resolution
  • Work with the development team to resolve minor issues on the website
  • Assist in optimizing customer acquisition and customer experience through SEO and digital marketing initiatives
  • Site merchandising, considering seasonality and promotion periods, as well as improvements to site navigation and onsite search

Requirements:

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong project management skills and extremely detail-oriented
