**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**
- Respond to technical support related inquiries as required
- Assist various dealers with product related troubleshooting inquiries
- Diagnose hydraulic, mechanical, and electronic malfunctions and assist with the required solution

**JOB SCOPE**
This position serves as a Field Support Representative reporting directly to a Technical Services Manager. The position has no direct reports or supervisory responsibility.
General discretion and judgement are exercised routinely in the execution of job duties. If errors in judgement or professional execution of responsibilities are made, the consequences to the company can be serious. The Rep must be able to diagnose problems and issues on site and over the phone, the feedback might not provide all the details needed to resolve issues, so the ability to seek additional information is a key skill for this role.
**INTERPERSONAL CONTACTS**
The position interacts daily with company employees on all levels. Externally the position interacts with dealers and end-users.
**EXPERIENCE**
- 7 years’ + experience in hydraulic/mechanical
- Lift truck knowledge
- Mobile Hydraulics/Lift Truck Systems
**QUALIFCATIONS**
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Ability to meet and respond to customers in face-to-face situations
- Ability to participate in a team concept environment
- Basic computer skills, including Windows and MS Office
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills
- Requires a self-motivated self-starting personality
- Ability to read and interpret blue prints, hydraulic and electrical schematics
- Able to work effectively in a team environment, independently, and remotely.
- Ability to work with basic hand tools
- Able to solve problems with limited resources
- Strong electrical aptitude and problem solving skills preferred
- Cascade product knowledge preferred
- Ability to drive a lift truck desired
- Extensive travel
- Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record
Pay: $63,000.00 - $87,000.00 per year
