As a Program Analyst you’ll bring your consulting, analytical, strategic and technical background to work on projects for the US Government. You’ll research, develop, analyze, assess, plan, support, etc. to facilitate oversight agencies and entities on audit reports and reviews. You’ll help identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes.

**You Have**:

- 4+ years of experience in program analyst role
- Experience drafting US government reports and documents, such as the INCSR, and embassy cables
- Knowledge of international narcotics and law enforcement to ensure project work is in compliance with management policies and the Foreign Assistance Act
- Knowledge of Federal policies and procedures including the Federal budget process
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with a wide range of players
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree

**Nice If You Have**:

- Experience in liaising with oversight agencies and drafting compliance responses to audit and inspection report recommendations
- Knowledge of the US Government agencies’ structure, missions, functions, and operations
- Knowledge of project management and case management processes and best practices
- Ability to communicate orally to conduct fact finding interviews, meet and deal with management officials
- Ability to communicate in writing to support development of policy, guidance, instructions, and preparation of reports of findings and recommendations
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
