**Opportunity Overview**

SD Solutions seeks a Program Analyst to join our team in support of a project with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) - U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) - Border Protection, Air & Marine (BPAM) - Program Management Office (PMO). The Program (Systems) Analyst provides a variety of support for the majority of systems and tools used by the Border Patrol & Air and Marine (BPAM) Program Management Office (PMO), including but not limited to TRIRIGA (CBP's multi-module real property management system), Change Request (CR) Tool, and SharePoint. This position leads initiatives to capture vital program office data and metrics, execute system enhancements along with formal requirements gathering, reviews Functional Requirements Design Documents, develops internal processes associated to new enhancements, and develops system training plans. The Analyst enters new data into various systems as needed, creates recurring and ad hoc systems reports, and performs quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) on various existing data, working with Project Managers and Analysts to resolve discrepancies. The Systems Analyst also assists with data searches and maintains a library of systems-related policies and procedures. This position is out of CBP's Aliso Viejo CA office and is currently only requiring one day in the office.

**Responsibilities Include**
- Provide acquisition support through assisting Project Managers in coordinating acquisition activities, such as the development of requirement documents (SOW/SOO/PWS), Market Research/AoA, and Cost Estimation.
- Financial tracking and reporting: Provide program-level analysis and reporting support of construction projects, infrastructure sustainment, maintenance, repair, and operational costs. Shall provide reporting elements to assist in the decision-making process, as well as provide senior management with visibility into program performance.
- Coordinate and participate in real property management activities and develop/update monthly reporting for accurate program asset tracking. Contractor shall track inventory, update all real property inventory, and ensure all property documentation is properly updated.
- Support the execution of project from initiation to close by performing project reporting, QA/QC of Project Requirements Documents (PRDs), managing data in various databases, reviewing change requests, reviewing/drafting IAAs, and assembling various presentations as needed.
- Support the effective identification, addressing and monitoring of existing and future risks related to current project initiatives by performing risk assessments related to performance, schedule and costs, providing risk baselines and managing contingency and risk mitigation execution, prepping risk reports and monitoring the effectiveness of risk mitigation strategies.

**Requirements Overview**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience;
- Bachelors' Degree is preferred, or equivalent years of experience is preferably in Business/Data Analytics;
- Ability to work well with teammates in a fast-paced environment that is deliverable driven;
- Ability to analytically break down large collections of data, and be able to provide meaningful trends/stories to provide the client the ability to perform better data driven decisions
- Able to work autonomously and provide expert level support and guidance on focus areas
- Experience working on geographically dispersed contracts and projects and has provided effective management of contract stakeholders;
- Experience and solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and experience with Access preferred;

- Hold a current, active CBP or DHS Public Trust suitability background investigation
