In every position in our company, we value entrepreneurialism and a commitment to individual responsibilities. The Delivery Coordinator is responsible for all deliveries and must be knowledgeable about all aspects of shipping and receiving.

Essential Job Functions:
Plan all deliveries, completing all necessary paperwork and entering this information into the warehouse purchasing system.

Please ensure that all delivery orders are sent to the correct carrier.

Print and process delivery reports, ensure all shipments are scheduled and pallets are properly labeled.

The stage of packing, boxing and bandaging all outgoing shipments in the shipping department with proper shipping documents and labels.

Check that all deliveries delivered the day before are completed in the warehouse purchasing system

Select, receive, locate and call customers on all incoming orders.

Report any unfinished shipments awaiting shipment and supply issues to supervisor.

Basic knowledge of shipping and receiving goods

Physical Requirements:
Ability to continuously lift 25 pounds or more.

Ability to sit, squat, or stand for long periods of time.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
