Job Overview:
We are searching for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to help us keep growing. If you have a knack for numbers and attention to detail while craving stability, SEES is an excellent place to grow your career. This is a full-time opportunity with excellent benefits. Schedule is Monday-Friday with flexible start time for an 8 hour day.

Job Responsibilities:

- Maintain precise records of all incoming payments
- Prepare and send invoices to clients
- Respond to and resolve clients’ billing issues and questions
- Contact clients as needed to ensure payment of outstanding invoices
- Actively investigate and resolve discrepancies in both incoming and outgoing payments
- Ensure all payments are properly posted
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger
- Assist in preparing detailed accounts receivable status

Requirements and Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or similar role
- Understanding of basic accounting principles
- Ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures in a timely manner
- Excellent data entry skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle AR interactions with clients

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
