Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Assist in coordinating construction projects
- Manage front desk operations
- Support office management tasks
- Handle phone systems and customer inquiries
- Perform data entry and maintain records accurately
- Utilize computer skills for various tasks
- Manage calendars and appointments efficiently

**Experience**:

- Experience in project coordination is a plus
- Proficiency in office management tasks
- Familiarity with phone systems and customer support
- Strong data entry skills
- Ability to manage calendars effectively

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week

Ability to Relocate:

- Mount Vernon, NY 10550: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
