**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technical sales or related field
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is desirable
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
