**Director of Business Development - Resolutions Hospice**

As the Director of Business Development, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop with us, while making a difference in patient care outcomes.

Section 1: Duties & Responsibilities
- Direct all daily marketing operations, including implementation of marketing initiatives
- Negotiate service contracts with managed care organizations, government agencies, and other payers to ensure maximum reimbursement
- Assist in establishing volume projections and budget allocations for the marketing department
- Conduct market assessments and develop comprehensive marketing plans
- Implement marketing and promotional initiatives to achieve volume projections
- Build and maintain positive relationships with referral and payer sources
- Recruit, select, orient, and manage the marketing team
- Monitor community, customer, payer, and patient perceptions of Resolutions Hospice
- Provide leadership in strategic planning and identify opportunities for service improvement
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the healthcare market and competitors
- Monitor and report cost effectiveness of marketing efforts

Section 2: Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of three years of healthcare management experience (hospice preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct personnel
- Strong marketing and customer relations skills
- Knowledge of corporate business management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and public relations skills
- Autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility, and cooperation
