**Job Title**: E-Learning Specialist

**Compensation**: $37.00 - $42.00 per hour

**Location**: Corporate Office - Arcadia, California - Hybrid (2-days in office per week)

**About the Role**:
The E-Learning Specialist will play a key role in updating materials and tracking training compliance. This position requires a creative and organized professional with passion for learning the ability to design, deliver and assess effective training initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Help develop training courses either by gathering standard data or by preparing materials using established procedures, formats, and templates.
- Maintain and update the current training materials and develop appropriate modifications if needed. Utilize various instructional design methodologies to create engaging and effective training content.
- Contribute to reviewing existing operations in own area of work, and generate new ideas to assist in identifying continuous improvements.
- Support the preparation of development materials for digital by gathering and assembling standard data and/or preparing materials using established procedures, formats, and templates.
- Design own monthly schedule and, if necessary, assign work to others in order to speed up office workflow and ensure high-priority tasks get done.
- Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching. Develop and maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media. Maintain accurate training records and databases, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and industry standards. Maintain training records in Learning Management systems, including running completion reports and following up with learners.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience with learning content authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Rise, Camtasia, Adobe, coupled with proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) is required
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
- Must be able to work independently and/or as part of a team
- High energy with a positive, servant leadership attitude

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Passion for the food and beverage industry Computer knowledge required (Google Suite/MS Office Suite)

**Salary**:$37.00 - $42.00 per hour

**Work Location**: Hybrid. The Din Tai Fung USA Corporate Office is located in Arcadia, CA.
