**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Crew Foreman to join our construction team. As a Concrete Crew Foreman, you will be responsible for assisting in various concrete construction projects. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

**Duties**:

- Assist in the preparation and setup of concrete forms
- Pour and spread concrete using various tools and equipment
- Smooth and finish surfaces to ensure proper texture and appearance
- Assist in the installation of reinforcing materials such as rebar
- Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working as a Concrete Laborer, Crew Lead, or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of construction management principles and practices
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents, including schematics and blueprints
- Experience with budgeting and cost control measures
- Proficiency in construction software such as HeavyBid, Prolog, or ProCore is a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.45 - $30.65 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

- Phoenix, AZ: Relocate before starting work (required)
