Job Title: Construction Foreman Installer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Foreman Installer to join our team at D&H United Fueling Solutions Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing and performing construction duties, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage construction teams to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Oversee construction operations across multiple sites, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
  • Delegate tasks to construction teams and subcontractors to ensure efficient project delivery
  • Track equipment and material usage, reporting on costs and budget adherence
  • Perform construction tasks such as pouring concrete, pipe fitting, framing, mixing, and finishing
  • Install and repair petroleum equipment, including USTs, ASTs, gas pumps, fuel monitoring systems, submersible pumps, and product piping
  • Operate and maintain hand tools and heavy construction equipment, such as power vibrators and compactors
  • Collaborate with construction managers to clarify issues, identify concerns, and complete projects as assigned
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and contractual agreements
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of construction experience
  • Willingness to become a Licensed Installer (preferred)
  • Experience managing a crew
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • 5-7 or more years supervisory experience in a construction setting
  • American Concrete Institute (ACI) certification
Physical Requirements:
  • Frequent use of hands
  • Ability to lift up to 25-50 pounds frequently, pounds occasionally
  • May work in extreme types of weather and high traffic areas
