We are currently recruiting for the position of **Warehouse Team Lead** in our **Hazleton, PA** location.

**Schedule: Friday-Sunday 6:00 AM-6:00 PM**

**The tasks and responsibilities required of a Warehouse Team Lead are outlined below**:

- Administers training and certification processes to ensure that all associates are capable of operating material handling equipment (MHE) in a safe and productive manner.
- Responsible to prioritize workload assignments and communicate priorities throughout the shift; works closely with the Team Leader and associates to correct errors and resolve day-to-day process problems.
- Provides leadership on the shift and fosters positive employee relations through effective communication.
- Ensures any maintenance or repair issues for the building facilities, vehicles and equipment area addressed and communicated to the Plant Services Manager.
- Actively pursues feedback from associates to identify and resolve process or procedural issues to improve productivity and expedite workflow within the shift.
- Examine and monitor Warehouse associates work for exactness, neatness and conformance to quality and productivity standards, common practice and procedures; provides mentoring, coaching, and suggests training in the cultivation and development of associates and team leaders.
- Exemplifies safe work behaviors and champions safe work practices with all associates.
- Participates in special projects and assignments as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**The skills and qualifications required for a Warehouse Team Lead are outlined below**:

- Stand up and deep reach forklift experience required.
- 1-3 years supervisory/management experience in a materials and logistics environment.
- Intimate knowledge of Shipping/Receiving, Warehouse, Inventory and Material Handling operations, methods and practices.
- Leadership; previously demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others.
- Strong computer skills related to the use of Microsoft Office products, Warehouse and Inventory Management systems and Productivity Tracking Software.
- Strong communication skills (written, oral) along with a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
- Ability to operate and train associates on all equipment associated within a warehousing environment (forklift, deep reach, walkie, RF scanner).
