Window Covering Sales Rep

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Window Covering Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, converting house leads to sales and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This is an outside sales position that requires a proactive approach to identify and pursue potential customers in the market.

**Duties**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target industries
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Present product demonstrations and provide technical information to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in window covering sales or related field
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation:

- Commission is paid at 25% of gross job profit for retail sales. Cost numbers will be provided.
- 5% bonus commission is paid on sales from self-generated retail leads.
- Wholesale accounts/sales will be evaluated on case by case basis.
- Each month $75,000 is sales is obtained, a $500 car allowance will be paid for that month.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
