**Duties**:

- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate and prioritize maintenance tasks
- Oversee electrical and low voltage systems maintenance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Manage inventory of supplies and equipment
- Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of maintenance management practices
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Experience in industrial maintenance and facilities management
- Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
- Knowledge of electrical systems and low voltage equipment
- Strong leadership and organizational skills

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
