We are a full service apparel decorating and manufacturing company. Our apparel decorating methods include Screen Printing, Embroidery, Direct to Film, Sublimation and Laser Engraving.

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Account Manager to work with our distributor network, ensuring excellent customer service from quoting through the entire production process.

**Duties**:

- Order entry
- Provide customer service resolutions, and support to distributors which include price quotes, freight quotes, product information and pricing
- Follow up on orders, samples, and other sales initiatives
- Other daily responsibilities include working with our production team on status updates
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer satisfaction
- Oversee shift management to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in customer support, order entry, or inside sales for an apparel decorator or promotional products distributor or supplier
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Proficiency in POS systems and retail sales operations
- Previous experience with Wilcom or Pulse embroidery software

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
