Paramount Wellness Retreat is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership team while we provide a high-quality substance use recovery program, caring with purpose. We currently offer clients detox and residential levels of care for substance use recovery, accredited by the Department of Public Health and The Joint Commission. This unique role combines the critical tasks of executive support with essential HR functions, offering the perfect opportunity for a well-rounded individual to make a real difference.
Role Responsibilities:
This position will assist Paramount Wellness Retreat in ways including but not limited to the following:
Executive duties:
- Manage the calendar and schedule of the Executive Director and other senior executives.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and travel arrangements in all meetings with the Executive Director
- Create tracking documents to be shared through leadership as well as monitoring the data that gets inputted
- Filing and scanning documents externally
- Attending to mail and distribution of mail received
- Manage confidential documents and information.
- Other duties as assigned and approved by Executive Director
Human Resources duties:
- Provide administrative support for the HR department, including onboarding new hires, processing paperwork, and maintaining employee files.
- Manage employee benefits and answer basic HR inquiries.
- Stay up-to-date on HR policies and procedures.
- Previous experience working in an administrative position linked to executive management
- Strong Professional Communication Skills
- Exceptional time management and attention to detail
- Exceptional ability to follow up on tasks
- Exceptional skills in technology/office software
- Understanding of confidentiality as it pertains to meetings and discussion
**Job Type**: Full Time/Part Time
Pay: $20-25/hourly
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- High school or equivalent (preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (required)
Work Location: In person
