**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage project plans, ensuring all project team activities are coordinated clearly and effectively.
- Communicate project changes and progress both within the company and to clients.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure site preparedness.
- Confirm and plan project schedules.
- Handle material purchases and track inventory.
- Review site measurements to ensure they align with contract scope and material quantities.
- Manage shop drawings communications with clients for production approval.
- Maintain organized office filing for all projects.
- Track and respond to service requests promptly.
- Travel if needed based on project requirements.
