We are currently seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to be responsible for performing initial and follow up medication management assessments to clients who suffer from Psychiatric and/or Addictive symptoms. The Nurse Practitioner shall recommend and prescribe psychiatric and detox medications, when appropriate to clients through Tele Services and/or through direct face-to-face contact in an outpatient setting. The Nurse Practitioner should be comfortable with the patient population, function independently with mínimal supervision by the Psychiatric and Buprenorphine waivered Physician.

**Education and Experience Required**:A Master's degree from an accredited college or university. Must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner with current Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certification. Clinical experience with psychiatric and substance use populations is required.
