Housekeeping Supervisor

**Job Summary**:
**Duties**:

- Manage and supervise housekeeping staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain room readiness
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met in all areas of the facility.
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols to maintain a sanitary and safe environment.
- Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs and resolve any housekeeping-related issues promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with regulations.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in floor care, industrial cleaning, custodial services, or related fields.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices in housekeeping management.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate tasks efficiently.

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
