**Duties**:

- Manage all aspects of food and beverage service, including ordering, inventory control, and quality assurance.
- Utilize POS systems to ensure accurate transactions and efficient service.
- Lead and motivate staff to provide top-notch customer service.
- Oversee food preparation processes to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of orders.
- Implement shift management strategies to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality management is preferred.
- Proficiency in using POS systems, specifically Agylisis POS, is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and staff.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
