Intake Supervisor

A Home Care company is seeking an Intake supervsor is a key professional responsible for:
- Managing the intake process of clients into home care services.
- Coordinating and overseeing the initial assessment of clients' needs, ensuring that appropriate care plans are developed, and facilitating a smooth transition into home-based care.
- Intake Supervisor will work closely with clients, their families, and a team of healthcare professionals to gather relevant information, assess the level of care required, and determine the most suitable services for each individual.
**MUST BE BILINGUAL SPANISH**
Pay: $65,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
**Experience**:
