To thrive in this role, you'll need to have experience in considering security principles applicable to Generative AI. You’ll also need a solid understanding in secure coding practices, secure software development lifecycle and DevSecOps principles, and a solid understanding of technologies, including APIs, distributed systems design including cloud environments like AWS and Azure. You strive to learn new security frameworks and new technologies and find ways to incorporate what you learn into your consulting activities.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
**Here's what you can expect on a typical day**:

- **Generative AI Security** you will partner with product development teams that are embedding Generative AI technologies in ADP products to help in identifying threats and security gaps and to ensure proper guardrails are implemented.
- **Influence over Developers and Architects**. Influence security champions, engineers, and other technologists to adopt secure functionality and strengthen security maturity. You will communicate with them giving them confidence you understand their challenges. Provide them with support on challenging issues and hold them accountable.
- **Controls Prioritization**. You will prioritize technical controls based on risk-based criticality. Ensure that solution architects are focused on most critical standards and controls. Work with R&D at global scale to implement the most critical controls, and to identify and quickly remediate the most critical vulnerabilities.
- **Continuous Learning**. An eagerness to learn will help you keep up with ever-changing technologies and threat landscape and maintain the ability to assess new technologies and new developed products. You are comfortable and thrive in an autonomous role since that will be essential for your success.

**TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE**:

- You have 10+ years of experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role.
- You have experience in addressing security challenges related to Generative AI.
- You have experience in team management focusing on team members skills and strengths to deliver expected services or project deliverables.
- You have expertise is Secure Software Development Life Cycle and DevSecOps methodologies and tooling.
- You possess knowledge of security technologies as Identity and Access Management solutions, Secrets management systems.
- You experience in project management (project plan, gant, deliverables management, reporting), technical planning, design requirements, vendor evaluations and selection.
- You demonstrate well-developed organizational, written communication, and analytical skills.
- CISSP and other security certifications preferred
