The Role:
As a Wealth Management Client Associate in our team, you play a central role in shaping our client experience. Your position ensures that each interaction is seamless and enhances our relationship with every client, whether they are new to our community or have been loyal members through various challenges. Your expertise in life insurance, SEC-registered RIA procedures, and fixed-indexed annuities forms the cornerstone of our commitment to providing security, growth, and peace of mind.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle annuity and life insurance applications with grace and expertise, ensuring every client feels valued and supported.
- Manage new account documentation and ACAT processes, creating a welcoming and frictionless onboarding experience.
- Collaborate closely with our advisory team, uplifting our service delivery through your organized, thoughtful approach.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Proficiency in “Firelight” software and a robust understanding of fixed-indexed annuity applications.
- Experience with life insurance applications, Fee-Based Advisory new account paperwork, and ACAT documents.
- A detail-focused, dependable team player who centers clients in all you do.
- An eager learner and adaptable professional, ready to grow with us and pursue a fulfilling career path.
