**About The Role**:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Experience Manager to join our team. As the Office Experience Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Austin office, managing administrative tasks, maintaining executive calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Efficiently manage daily office operations, acting as the primary point of contact for the Austin office, including mail and package handling, overseeing parking/building access and badge distribution, managing office supplies, kitchen ordering, re-stocking, and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and lunch arrangements for visiting teams, ensuring seamless scheduling and execution.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Coordinate office maintenance and repair services.
- Manage relationships with office vendors and service providers.
- Manage complex calendars for senior executives, ensuring efficient scheduling and time management.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events, including preparation of necessary materials.
- Prioritize and resolve scheduling conflicts, ensuring executives' time is used effectively.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Support team members, as needed with travel arrangements and accommodations, ensuring seamless logistics.
- Collaborate with various departments to support their administrative needs and projects.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Must be physically present at the Austin LINQ office five days a week (Monday - Friday) during assigned hours.
- Fanatical about service.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
