Office Assistant

MPL Group begun their journey in real estate in 2004 and since have expanded to construction, property management, real estate brokerage, marketing and other businesses.
We are looking to hire a professional, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, quick-thinking individual who is good at communicating, prioritizing and multi-tasking to serve as our CEO's assistant as well as assist with daily operations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Managing CEO’s calendar and appointments
- Facilitating cross-channel communication from customers and employees
- Organize meetings and conferences.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed.
- Assist with operational tasks as needed.
Necessary skills include:
- Good time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues
- Effective communication, including speaking, writing and active listening
- Able to give and receive feedback and constructive criticism from a variety of channels
- Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving skills
**Requirements**:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be proficient in English and (Spanish preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Proficient in Google Workspace
- CRM Experience is a bonus
- Multi Tasker
- Super Organized
- At least one year of experience in a similar role
- Must have a reliable vehicle
- Must be willing to travel to up to 60 miles occasionally for appointments (company will reimburse any travel expense)
