The **Business Analyst II** shall coordinate and develop policies, strategies, practices, plans, and procedures to support all functions and processes in DHA.
**Responsibilities**:
- Supports projects requiring innovative and unprecedented approaches to resolving highly complex issues through establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
- Conducts a wide variety of coordination activities that will maximize partnerships between the different departments within the DHA organization.
- Serves as functional advisor to assigned program and functional areas; develops presentations, briefing materials, and finished reports on findings and recommendations for management.
- Implements project management practices around schedule, budget, risk, resources, and communications management.
- Performs need analysis to determine opportunities for new and improved business process solutions.
- Provides advice on project costs, design concepts, or design changes.
- Researches complex ongoing and projected programmatic activities.
- Reviews information, reconciles conflicting data, and devises new and modified methods to analyze findings.
- Recommends strategies to improve implementation and evaluation of programs. Advises management of unique conditions and issues that affect program activities.
- Provides guidance on interpretation and implementation of new or revised legislation, policies, regulations, and procedures.
- Analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of complex program operations in meeting goals and objectives.
- Develops modifications, revisions, and implementing procedures to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of program operations Monitors compliance with established requirements.
- Employs advanced qualitative and quantitative techniques to improve the efficiency of internal administrative operations, organizations, or management.
- Adapts existing analytical methods and techniques to specific issues and develops new approaches to resolve complex productivity problems and issues goals and objectives.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or other IT-related field
- Minimum four (4) years of relevant work experience

- Be proficient in written and spoken English.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
