Azure Business Intelligence Manager

As the Business Intelligence Manager at Quirch Foods, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing our Azure-based Business Intelligence solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to leverage data for strategic decision-making and business growth. If you are a seasoned BI professional with a passion for data, analytics, and cloud technologies, we encourage you to apply.
**Duties**:
- Develop and implement business intelligence strategies and solutions to drive data-driven decision making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into actionable insights.
- Design and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to provide timely and accurate information to stakeholders.
- Conduct data analysis using advanced analytics tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and security.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and analytics.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency with Azure services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Data Warehouse, and Azure Analysis Services.
- Expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
- Proven experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Visio, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of predictive modeling techniques and statistical analysis.
- Familiarity with database management systems and SQL queries.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
