Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the team
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Assist patients with questions
- Be willing to learn additional tasks to support the business manager
- Light office cleaning-biweekly vacuum, weekly treatment room cleaning, stocking supplies, watering plants, filling water cooler, maintaining an inviting atmosphere.
- Track and maintain inventory levels for office supplies, herbs, and treatment supplies

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in administrative roles preferred
- Experience with/understanding of, or a passion for complementary /Chinese medicine a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, ability to work with a team of providers
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Must NOT be a current or former patient of our clinic.
