About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team in Hopkinton, MA. As a Physical Therapist with our practice, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and provide personalized care to help them achieve their health and wellness goals.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient consultations to review health and medical histories, examine patients, and review pertinent medical records/imaging
• Develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs
• Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques, including exercise instruction, modern modalities, and activities of daily living
• Document treatments rendered in patient charts and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit
• Collaborate with other PTs and healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care

Requirements:

• Graduation from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program (DPT preferred)
• PT License in MA
• 1+ years' experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting preferred (we will consider motivated recent grads)
