Keystone Urology Specialists is seeking a Test Scheduler to join our staff As a Test Scheduler, you will ensure patients are accurately scheduled for tests and procedures.

This is a full-time position; Monday - Friday. No evenings or weekends.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for scheduling clinical studies and procedures following the physician’s orders and company protocols
- Communicate with patients to identify procedure date, schedule appropriate tests before and schedule pre
- and post-operative appointments and educate patients about the process
- Obtain prior authorization and insurance verification information
- Prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment; handle stressful situations with grace
- Strong focus on customer service; pleasant and courteous to patients, visitors and staff
- Creates a positive working relationship among the physicians and KUS staff; demonstrates respect; proactively communicates with others;
- Acts as a team player to help the practice and team achieve its goals and provide 5-Star service to our patients

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 1 year of previous experience in a medical care field, preferably in test scheduling
- High School Diploma or equivalent required

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on customer service
- Ability to recognize, evaluate, solve problems, and correct errors
- Must be able to handle multiple priorities and resolve problems simultaneously
- Flexible, cooperative and supportive of co workers
