**About the role**:
The goal for this position is to gain an understanding of pricing and margin and how that functions within the co-op to eventually grow into the Associate Merchandise Manager role and have a broader impact on the member’s businesses and vendor programs.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum:_
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Prior experience with Excel, Access, and Google Suite to produce highly-detailed and accurate analyses and reports.
- Excellent analytic capabilities - by analyzing pricing data
- Excellent communication skills (strong verbal and written)
- Ability to develop relationships, work in a team environment, and effectively influence
- Willingness to learn and be adaptable
- Self-directed, able to work with little supervision
- Must possess a high level of accuracy
- Creative problem solving skills
- Ability to understand pricing concepts and have a good aptitude for working with numbers
