Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Price Cost Analyst to join our team at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing complex supplier proposals, negotiating contracts, and providing expert cost analysis and evaluation techniques.

Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze supplier proposals, cost and pricing data, and other factors provided by suppliers in support of their proposals.
  • Confer with suppliers to determine factors that affect price and negotiate standard and non-standard contracts.
  • Prepare reports and charts that present findings and maintain communications to ensure timely contract execution.
  • Provide final contract negotiation documents that are consistent with agreements reached in negotiations.
  • Plan and participate in training of Price/Cost Analysis practices and negotiation techniques to company personnel.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Experience in 2 or more of the following fields: Cost Analysis, Negotiations, Statistics/Mathematics, Financial Analysis, Price Analysis, Accounting, Engineering, Procurement/Supply Chain.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with government contracts, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) requirements, and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS).
  • Experience in negotiating FAR 15, TINA proposals.
