The position entails executing routine accounting and clerical duties to assist the Accounting Department effectively. Responsibilities include organizing and categorizing invoices and checks, matching invoices with corresponding work orders, aiding in customer billing, inputting daily financial transaction data into a database or ERP system, offering accounting and clerical support to staff members, contributing to the creation of various accounting statements and financial reports, conducting monthly bank and account reconciliations, and preparing monthly sales commissions.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting support.
- Preferred **degree** or equivalent experience and education combination.
- 1-2 years of proficiency with ERP system.
- Proficiency in English reading and writing, ability to follow verbal instructions.
- Capacity to meet deadlines.
- Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Experience in a production or warehouse environment for 1-2 years is advantageous.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
