This is a unique job offering for a pharmacy tech. Infuserve America is looking for a receptionist but a pharmacy tech would be perfect for this position. Below is the decription of the job: AND THE HOURS ARE 9 TO 5:30 MONDAY through Friday with no week ends.

Receptionist for growing companies. You will be the first person our customers see, so professional appearance and demeanor extremely important. Your duties will include administrative support to management in the three companies housed in the building. Primary responsibility to Pharmacy so if you're a pharmacy Tech that's a plus, but not a requirement.

Individual that accepts this position will be responsible for answering the phones when other staff are not available.

**Qualifications**
- Bookkeeping knowledge important as well as prior experience with multiline telephones.
- Computer acumen important because some tasks require use of a unique system used by the companies in our building.
- Other computer skills such as quickbooks, microsoft word and excel are important but if the applicant does not have skills in those areas training could be provided for an individual with the proper education in other areas and who has the skills to learn computer programs.

**Responsibilities**
- At the direction of our corporate council maintain licensure records
- Direct visitors to the appropriate department after issuing proper ID cards
- Provide accurate information about the company in person and on the phone
- Photocopy documents when requested.
- Book reservations for various functions
- Plan corporate gatherings

There are other professional responsibilities that may be requested from time to time by our corporate attorney or CEO as well as director of finance.
