**Requirements**:

- Valid Driver's License (DL) is mandatory.
- Own Truck/SUV capable of towing at least 5,000 lbs.
- Must be proficient in towing a company trailer.
- Verifiable eligibility to work in Colorado.
- Successful background check required.
- Ability to lift 50lbs, climb ladders, and roofs.
- Professionalism and excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays.

**Responsibilities**:

- Safely transport event equipment to and from venues.
- Efficiently load and unload equipment for events.
- Clean and prep equipment to ensure top-notch presentation and functionality.
- Set up and tear down event equipment with precision and care.
- Maintain warehouse organization to streamline operations.
- Interact professionally with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
- Hang Christmas lights from October to December, including climbing ladders and roofs if necessary.
- Develop sales skills and assist with sales efforts during the off-season.

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- $23 per hour starting pay.
- Mileage reimbursement for using a personal vehicle.
