**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and cultivate relationships with property owners, investors, developers, tenants, and other stakeholders in the commercial real estate market.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities, evaluate property values, and assess market trends and conditions.
- Advise clients on property acquisition, disposition, leasing, and investment strategies based on their financial objectives and risk tolerance.
- Prepare and present investment proposals, financial analyses, and marketing materials to clients to facilitate decision-making and negotiation processes.
- Collaborate with fellow Keller Williams Commercial agents and industry professionals to leverage market knowledge, expertise, and resources for mutual benefit.
- Utilize Keller Williams' technology platforms and marketing tools to effectively market properties, track transactions, and manage client relationships.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of commercial real estate experience, with a proven track record of successful transactions and client relationships.
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate fundamentals, including valuation methods, market analysis, and investment strategies.
- Active real estate license in the applicable state(s) or jurisdiction(s) with a focus on commercial real estate.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and industry professionals.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and value to clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with commercial real estate software and databases.
